Atlético Andalucía CF Manager Mike Share Hands In His Resignation
7th November, 2010.

Atlético Andalucía CF can confirm that Head Coach Mike Share has resigned following yesterdays result. Share who has been in charge of Atletico Andalucia CF since September 2009 stepped down as manager after the 7-0 loss against CD Balazo Alozaina.
Share joined the club from American National Premier Soccer League side Buffalo City FC where he led the team to second place in the Eastern Keystone Conference only losing two games in the regular season. Share who has been touted as one of the best upcoming young managers last year in America leaves the club in 9th position with one game in hand.
Share said "I know there has been many rumours in the last couple of weeks but after yesterdays game I am hurt and ashamed, I feel that my position is unattainable and that I have no other option but to resign. All I can do is apologize for the result and the lacklustering performance of certain players. Everyone has to understand that I have not made this decision lightly as not only did I fully commit to the team I also relocated my whole family back to Europe from America".
Senior player Salvator Lopez Espada will take charge of the team next week against San Miguel and went on to say "The team wants Mike to continue and we hope to show him that we can still build a good team and hopefully he will decide to continue as our manager as we don't want him to resign".
When asked if Share would return to coach in America or if he might consider to still take charge of Atletico Andalucia in the near future he said "Who knows you can never say never. All I want to do now is spend time with my wife and daughter. I have been away a lot since my daughter was born so it will be nice to actually be at home and have a much needed break."
