Share, a midfielder, grew up in Bergen Op Zoom, Netherlands and was a English professional football player in Europe but is now considered to be one of the best young and upcoming coaches in the world.
Mike began his career as a trainee with storied club AS Monaco FC in France. After learning his trade in France Share moved to England to play for several clubs including Sheffield United F.C., Gillingham F.C., Coventry City F.C. and Dagenham & Redbridge F.C. before moving to play professional in Spain.
During the 2006-07 season, Share spent time on trial at Exeter City F.C. but was soon released as Share was not in the manager Paul Tisdale's Plans.
In December 2006, Share was accepted for the 2006 USL combine where he was offered several contracts to play in the United States, as well as other opportunities in Asia and South America.
In January 2007, Share agreed to sign for the San Francisco Seals for the upcoming season. Shortly after arriving things did not go to plan. In the summer Share decided to leave the United States to concentrate on a career in Europe.
After this, Mike moved to Spain and played with several Spanish clubs, but decided his skills would be better served as a coach, and dedicated himself to the trade, working with several academies in Europe including AFA Marbella.

On the 15th of September 2008, Mike Share was named as the new head coach from American team Queen City FC. But On the 3rd of November 2008, after only been in charge for less than 2 months Mike announced he would resigned from Queen City and would be joining newly formed Buffalo City FC.
On the 8th of December 2008, Mike Share agreed a three year deal to become the new Buffalo City FC head coach in Buffalo, NY. Share ended the 2009 American Season leading his team to second place in the National Keystone Conference and Buffalo to 10 victories out of 12, giving Share a impressive 83% win percentage.
On the 9th of September 2009, after 9 months being in charge of the New York based club, Share would resign as Buffalo City FC's head coach returning to Spain officially on the 10th of September 2009 to take over as the new Atlético Andalucía CF head coach.
Mike stands out in the coaching crowd by taking all of the different methods from all the best teams in Europe and his experience as a professional.
Through Atlético Andalucía CF and it's American partnership club Buffalo City FC Mike is committed to developing and helping young players secure professional contracts at top teams in Europe. He also has completed the following courses from the English FA.
