Estepona Club de Futbol Crowned Primera Provincial Champions 29th March, 2011

Atlético Andalucía CF would like to congratulate Estepona CF on gaining promotion and for winning the league Championship.

The Championship went down to the last day of the season with Athletic Fuengirola needing to win against 5th place Atletico Marbella by 16 goals. The game would end 6-1 to Fuengirola which meant that both teams at the top of the league would be tied on 66 points but with Estepona winning the Championship by a 11 goal difference.

Atlético Andalucía CF is pleased to announce that club will now be eligible to compete in the 2011-2012 season.
